I have 8 gb Ram i7 4790k cpu 2 560 ti's in sli. When should I upgrade my gpu? I wanna play newer games at high/medium settings at a minimum of 100 fps since I have a 144 hz monitor What gpu should I get? I recently found on craigslist a Windforce Amd r9 270x for 100 dollars. Should I go for it?

I would go for i3 and 950 defiantly. You can upgrade later. 950 will handle csgo very well.

I would say i5 4690k or fx-8350. They offer the best price for performance. I would recommend a i7 4790k though
