I actually would prefer a clean install. I probably didn't describe it well. How would I go about doing a clean install but using my same product key?

As the title says, a lot of my images/pdfs just show a standard file instead of showing a preview of the image. Also buttons for things like computer settings just show a blank square on my taskbar. I'll attach images. Any idea what's going on?
