    If my GPU can always maintain high FPS than my screen's Refresh rate then would it be a problem to enable V-Sync? I know the issue of Input lag but Will it be noticeable specially in single player games?

    Yeah on front there are 2× 200mm Intake fans and on back there is 120mm exhaust fan and on the top 2× 120mm Fans mounted on the radiator are in exhaust configuration.

    Thanks for your help. I'll stick with that mobo and moreover I would use 3700x at stock speeds with no manual overclock.
