    Plug your usb,start your machine and enter BIOS. Go to Boot section and disable Secure Boot. Enter the hard drive bbs priorities and move your usb stick to the top. Save changes and reboot

    to unplug your camera,open the bezel and unplug the cable from the camera board. that thing you bought doesn't provide 5v to the usb and as i said it's not designed for such things.but nvm...good luck
