Thanks so much! The widows copy is OEM, I assembled the system myself, and I have the original disk. I was thinking I could just do a "refresh" without reinstalling windows completely because it says it won't delete my user files. Do you think simply refreshing will fully repair my system32?

UPDATE: I am able to open applications from the task manager like chrome and steam, as well as browse the web flawlessly. However I can't see my desktop or the Windows "metro" start menu. I receive the same memory popup error about every 2 to 3 minutes.
