I recently bought an i7 9700K. I upgraded from an i5. When I plugged in the monitor, nothing happens. I just got the "no signal" text. I have tried resetting CMOS with a jumper, taking out the RAM sticks and plugging in my monitor to the motherboard with VGA, but nothing works. My specs...

I have a bit of a problem. My GPU never goes under 40 degrees, even when it's idle. I have tried to set the fan speed to the max and let it run for a while, but it's still 40 degrees or over. Is this a bad thing? When I play games it's very rare that it gets up to 80 °C, so that isn't rally an...
