    [SOLVED] 5700XT Nitro+ Liquid Metal

Hi all, I bought a 5700 XT Nitro+ SE GPU. Well I don't know what else I would have expected. The edge temperatures are fine even on stock, but the hotspot and the fan noise along with it is, well horrible. I have a PC O11 Dynamic PC case. On stock I have 75-80C on edge and 100-105C on HotSpot...

[SOLVED] ASUS motherboard BIOS fan control FIX rpm for CHA_FAN?!

Hi all, So I'm pretty thrilled at the moment, because I just learned that I can't seem to be able to set my CHA_FAN(1-3) headers to fix rpm mode from BIOS's qFan Control as around 72-75c it's 100% all the time... which is am irritating. I know there was a fix rpm setting on the AI Suite but why...

Question LG OLED B7 rapidly losing yellow color

Well I have no knowledge on TVs so kinda lost here, but they're replacing the panel itself for starters. To be honest I had the feeling that nobody knows exactly what's happening but the screen is greener by each day.

Question LG OLED B7 rapidly losing yellow color

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but perhaps someone seen something similar. Background: I bought an 55OLEDB7V LG television back in 2017 and for the most part it works amazing. No sign of burnin. The screen is crystal clear and there are no patches. Except... The problem: As...

    Question Intentional gpu damage?!

Not that I worry, but became interested. OC'ing I have some doubts. Asus can read the bios of the card so if it was pushed too hard there would have been a trace. if it was indeed oc'd he should have needed to flash the bios which would have been obvious again and I guess the would be gone...

    Question Intentional gpu damage?!

So, I bought two cheap used GT710 without warranty for just fooling around with it. Originally, it was working, I could kill it. Yeah, you can blow up capacitors with a single 9V battery pretty easily, but that leaves a nice clean evidence of the damage, and we had no such thing on the 1080ti...

    Question Intentional gpu damage?!

the retailer already exchanged the killed gtx1080ti for an rtx2080 plus paid the difference in cash. So he got a brand new card + nearly half the price of another brand new rtx2070 which silenced him. I think anyone would be silenced if he got a brand new card + nearly the same cash that you...

    Question Intentional gpu damage?!

Yeah but that was the problem. Not a single person could prove it. Not even ASUS themselves. A faulty bios flash should have been diagnosed according to asus. Frying the GPU with a faulty PSU also should have left some traces but they didn't state what exactly and tbh I'm not even interested. I...

    Question Intentional gpu damage?!

Well, here's the update. Nobody knows and the manufacturer replaced the GPU with an equal one so at least I have no loss. Funny thing is he took back the replacement card with the EXACT same problem as the previous three to the retailer and demanded his money back. I think after this, I'm safe...

    Question Intentional gpu damage?!

Interesting idea. I guess the manufacturer can diagnose that? That the BIOS has been tampered with? We'll see. The retailer had another idea of static electricity but we agreed that shorting the gpu while on sounds dangerous and could damage the mobo too. Well we'll see what comes back from...

    Question Intentional gpu damage?!

Nah the serial number is the correct one that I am sure about. I did failed ocs in the past but never killed any components with it. Even when I got black screen I could remove the overclock from the card using builtin gppu for signal. But here... both cards I gave him are flat out dead. One...

    Question Intentional gpu damage?!

Actually sold one in Sept then it was faulty at the end of Feb. I gave him a completely fine card that I have been using then mid March bamm faulty again. While here I am using the third one without any similar symptoms. Just the standard poseidon symptoms that is the card sags it overheats... I...
