Hi.. just bought laptop. Its Dell latitude 7400 with whiskey lake intel cpu and 2400mhz ddr4 memory.. I just noticed in HWinfo that the memory clock is dynamicly changing from 665-1200mhz. (665mhz at idle and no task) Does that some kind of battery saving purpose?

Yes. It still work. Just some of the port not working (Due to physical damage). I think it’s good deal since i can repair and do soldering things oh.. btw what happens with thermaltake smart? Did thoose had bad reputation in PSU related things?

Your best way to determine that gpu chip still alive is use your integrated gpu Set it in bios. And connect your monitor to that IGPU Boot windows and look at device manager wether gpu chip was detected there i assume your vrm still ok since the fan spinning But its good idea to check shorted...

Its indeed called VTT There is also NB volt and GTLref volt. TBH iam not so familiar with this OC things. Did i only need play with VTT?
