Actually, innitially I had the stock cooler on. But due to high temps I switched to this cooler. But there is no temp change. Can it be a faulty chip? I am sorry but I donot know what a spacer it.

Actually not very hot. Just warm. I am doing some intense simulations right now, the cpu temps are at 100 stable, mobo is at an average of 54. The pump is flowing liquid and the brick and rad are both not hot.

Core voltage is 1.200 max. Is this right? Although I have reset the bios a few time, it really didn't changed anything. What do you suggest?

Correction- I have a old graphics card on, some 4-5 years and its a cheap low end one. Can that be the problem. I have checked the fans, clamps, thermal paste, pump is also at full speed! I even changed the paste once and the temperature very town by around 5 degrees that's it. And now its back...

Believe me I have heard a lot about the 212 evo. I would have definately gone with it. But the evo wont fit in my case, so I had to go with the next option.
