I bought this fan controller today, and it "works" but I cannot get the RPM of corsair ml140 below 1550, I want them to run slower but when I decrease the fan speed % to 0, the fan stops, and when I change it to 1% it spins at about 1590, the program says the fan is using about 1w , please help
