go for the 970 as 760 will be a bottleneck for you in the future and some games dont render well on sli so a single more powerful card is better and the framebuffer on the 760 will also be a bottleneck as sli doesnt add up the memory

the 970 sli is better but some games dont render well on sli so i would suggest the 980 as a single card is still better for now

if it fits your budget get an r9290 they are going for real cheap around 250

swap out the cpu for fx 8350 and the mobo for a asus maximus 4 and get 1 stick of corsair vengeance 8gb memory all parts are compatibles and reasonably priced on flipkart

swap out the 750ti for an r9 290 as they r coming real cheap for around 250$ and get an i5 4690k with the cooler master hyper 12 evo and that should last you a while p.s get a gtx 970 if it fits your budget

go for note book 6 and if you have a choice for a desktop get one

there should be no problem for your 750ti to hande 1080p on your tv you should even be able to game with decent fps
