    stacik elektrisity build upp because off air stream form is a factt.it depends on the humidity in the air.so when conditions are rigth you can have a buildupp and discharge to the nearest metal grounded parts.it is wery seldom this happen i admit.but it can.

    have gigabyte ga-z97mx gaming 5 with intel i5 4590s.egva gold supernova 650 g2 pcu.and noctua d15 aircooler.used onboard grafikk.its my second card that is doing this for me.same model.last mobo i can after taking out all ram but leave one.dosent matter witch socket that have the one left then...

    Is it ok for the CPU fan bracket to touch both my case and the motherboard?

    a motherboard should have electrical contact with tower.trough the fastner holes for the skrues.just be shure that you have used the rigth standoffs so the soldering pins on the backside off M board dont make contackt with the tower off metal.

    is it a danger for short out when cpu coolerfins touch the metal tower sidedoor?.Or is it a good idea to ground the big heatpipe based coolers to the tower?Asus geforce gtx680 grafikk card have a flat heatpipe based cooler with 2 fans and a tick metal plate on the backside of the pcb.that is...
