I'm having this issue too with Firefox. I had to switch to Edge so I could login and post. It's really really really frustrating; nothing about my computer has changed so I feel like some update on the site is triggering this. I cleared cookies, updated flash and java; nothing helps.

What's the MB, CPU and GPU? I'm thinking compatibility (old vs new hardware), drivers (did you update the system with the new parts' drivers) or lack of resources from something (power supply enough? enough memory? conflicting settings from new hardware?).
