I think I have figured it out, so I'm pretty sure that the MB shroud is too big and either I will have to remove the screw at the bottom so that it's loose or cut part of the shroud off, if neither of these work I will post again in this thread. Thanks (Sorry for crappy pics a bit hard to show...

The IO tabs, if it's those you're referring to I don't think so as it slotted in those fine. I have a little trouble screwing it in but nothing all too bad.
