Before i upgraded from a Rx 570 4gb to a rx 6600xt i was having a consistent 40-50mbps, but ever since i upgraded to rx 6600 xt my internet is been capped to 9.5mbps. i have updated my bios, chipset, lan, and gpu drivers and nothng has worked. is there some sort of driver conflict?

I play rainbow six siege normally at around 9ms but now i am getting 120ms consistently even though im not even lagging. I still get the same ping on discord, Call of duty, and apex. I'm currently using a powerline adapter.

updating windows 20H2 as we speak will it help? also i get bad ping in all games including discord all the same 120+
