Windows 8.1 without activation Can i upgrade it to a new bougth windows 10 without losing files??

But wont give it any problems if windows 8.1 is unactivaded?

I have windows 8.1 but i apperently can't activate it:s i have tryed everything...so i have now a new purchased "windows 10 home" downloaded on a usb-drive. Can i instal windows 10 over the "UNACTIVADED" windows 8.1 and how? Preferbly without deleting my programs?? Srr for crappy english

I just orderd another 8gb ram and also windows 10:) i realy hope this fixes everything:). Thanks everybody

Hi, My first homebuild pc boots perfectly but when i plug in my (very first and new) graphics card in, i gett no display or boot...but all the fans are spinning including the gpu-fans... My specs: motherboard: ASROCK Anniversary Graphics card: gigabyte-gv-n960g1-gaming-4gd Cpu: intel core i5...

Sure? Becose the gpu fans are spinning and yeah, I salvaged the psu from an other old pc but i gave in all my specs in a "spu-calculate program" so yeah normally it should work...its my first build and so a little Hecktic. Thanks for the quick post:). If anybody have also advise, please feel...
