Tried ive got teh nvidea control pannel installed but it asked to accept the terms and contions and then it just closes and when you try to launch it, nothing happens (even as administrater)

I Just repeated the prosses without downloading nvidea expreince and still no recognition of the card, even when i right click there is not option for the control pannel

OK unistalled with DDU and reinstalled with geforce drivers but still am getting no geforce control pannel and geforce experice is saying i need to install the drivers

Recently i have tried to rebuild an old PC for a friend, when is put it all together there was no image being displayed. I have tried a diffenet GPU (GTX 1050 ti) which i know for a fact works and a diffenet monitor to check.please can you come up with ways to test which parts dont work thanks Jake
