Is the psu not working properly or is the fan just making a noise? The fan inside the psu could be off balanced causing the noise. From the video, the psu looks to be shaking.

When I put the hard drive into my system, I uninstalled my old drivers and installed all new drivers for my system. My gpu temperatures never go above 65C and my cpu never reaches above 50C. On ground war maps I sometimes run like 5C higher but nothing too bad.

I had the same question, your cpu might be an issue but as long as you arent running highest graphics settings, you should be fine
