I forgot to mention that the pc sometimes only runs for a couple minutes and black screens. And i dont think its overheating.

Gpu, cpu temps are fine. And also its not just when im gaming, it can happen not under load too.

Recently i thought of buying a new graphics card and i saw a GTX 970 for a lower price that artifacts on windows and basic applications or in other words artifacts on non videogames stuff (thats what the description said). Is it possible to fix the artifacting and get the graphic card for cheaper?
