OMG...I had unplugged ALL my devices to place them in a different part of the room. When I plugged everything back in I didn't realize I plugged the TV into a "Smart" port on my Monster Power Strip...and it turned off the other devices. Switched the plug to a "Stupid" port and, VOILA, no problems.

I have my Vizio HDTV to the HDMI port, and a second monitor to the DVI port. I used to be able to turn OFF the HDTV and/or the DVI monitor, and when I turned them back on I'd be back at my desktop. NOW, however, when I shut off the HDTV, it shuts down power to the PC. Anyone?

I bought an SSD, and cloned my Win7 to it and tried to do the upgrade. Gave me an error code C1900204 and just said "Installation Failed." I tried 2x more to D/L, same result. I've got a 3Tb Seagate external drive. It's connected to the LAN on my gateway, and I'm able to log in with my NW password and access the files. In Windows 7 Explorer under Network, I see the drive with the name I gave it. Under Computer, I see my main C: drive AND the names of the two folders...
