Update: The issue was a faulty Motherboard from Microcenter. Went back, bought a new one (exact same model) and the machine booted up right away. Appreciate your help rgd1101!

Sounds good. What I’ll do is grab a replacement motherboard on my way home from work as a “just in case”, truly booting the machine with a different PSU and if that fails try with the new mobo

I re-seated the CPU last night to check for exactly this and everything appeared to be in order, but I will double check.

Part of the reason that we chose to get this new PSU was because we got a failed boot with the old one. I can give it a shot with another PSU though from a current working machine. I’m almost wondering if this motherboard or CPU is doa?
