Reposting to try and get some help. Finally got my computer to turn on, but the monitor won't get a signal from the monitor. My Motherboard is an MSI 970 Gaming with no dedicated GPU, an Nvidia GTX 950 graphics card, and a TR2 430w PSU. Can anyone help?

I finally got my desktop to turn on by changing the case and motherboard, but now the hdmi cable isn't getting a signal to my monitor. Does anybody know a solution?

I'm at the end of my rope. I've expended all the money at my disposal, gutted my PC replacing the power supply AND the motherboard, and after all this stress and exhaustion trying to repair this desktop, it still WILL NOT TURN ON!!! I don't know what it is, I don't know what to do, and I feel...
