    yhep its enough got fx 8320 @ 4.4 + r9 290x and running fine in the same PSU...with a 980 ti its less power ungry so no problemo anyway

    The PSU its okay, but u said your case only have 2 fans? the 290 produce lot of heat better u add at least 1 more.
