yes indeed he was wrong @dwd999 - NTFS and other formats are read and can be used on the Synoloy NAS drives, some natively and some with exFAT package. https://www.synology.com/en-global/dsm/packages/exFAT?os_ver=6.2 and this has been around since 2017 i believe.

found it, solved it. was permission problem with user group. once removed "no access" all working perfectly.
