I was able to launch and play valorant on the igpu while the rx 570 was still working on the system, i think i just need the software to allow me to use programs easily with either rx 570 or vega 8

I can select which display to use per program, and that will change which gpu it uses, but I dont want every thing on my second display and also some games like valorant don't even launch using this method

Gtx 980 to is pretty power hungry. It depends on the rest of your system specs. You can find power supply calculators online. They will work pretty well.

You shouldn’t have to change any new settings, just so what you did before. If that doesn’t work watch a YouTube video for over clocking on your motherboard

My suggestion is go on any other computer (library computers will work if you don’t have any others) then download chrome on a usb stick and launch it on your pc. Hope this helps. P. S. If you like internet explorer more then you can download it again from chrome and see if that does anything.
