I'm guessing it cant be the BIOS that is at fault. Had no issues for the first 7 months I had the pc. Crashes only began after I reinstalled Windows. The crash has probably only happened 10 times in 7 months but I'm still not happy about it.

Is updating BIOS unlikely to do anything? It isn't something I particularly want to do.
