[SOLVED] Web Browser(s) flickering when game/program with borderless windowed is open.

Ok so apparently this is a known issue and the only other workaround is to disable what's known as 'multipane overlay'. https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5157

[SOLVED] Web Browser(s) flickering when game/program with borderless windowed is open.

Sorry about that, I'm dumb :tonguewink:. The clocks look fine to me with none below 1000MHz and staying there (not fluctuating):

[SOLVED] Gaming PC build around $2500

Pretty much as good as it gets in terms of your price point. If you're just gaming you could stick to Intel, but AMD offers better value over all with the Ryzen 9 3900x with it's 12 Cores and 24 threads compared to the i9 9900k's 8 Cores and 16 Threads. Of course case is pretty much personal...

    Info Division 2 for $3

Pretty decent game, very repetitive and story is pretty average, but still fun gameplay nonetheless, and definitely worth the price.

    [SOLVED] Minecraft Shaders on 1660

I have a 1060 6gb, and get over 100 fps with Sildur's shaders, so even a normal 1660 would do fine. I'd definitely recommend going with the AMD route with the CPU, save up a bit of money and buy the Ryzen 5 2600 or even the 3600, and a board that can bios flashback, like the B450 Tomahawk.
