    AMD or Intel?

Get the Pentium G3258 it is a dual core but so is the i3 it's also much cheaper but I would recommend that you upgrade to an i5 or i7 in the future.

Side panel fan SP or AP? on R9 290

For a side panel fan get the AF-120, SP-120s are meant for radiators,CPU coolers and other areas where there is something right up against it.

    Mosfet heatsink gets very hot

I played GTA V for about half an hour then I turned my PC off and I touched the mosfet heatsinks and after about 2 seconds I had to lift my finger off the heatsink because it was so hot. My motherboard is a GA-970A-UD3P and my CPU is an FX-8320 overclocked to 4.1Ghz

Best case fans under 30 Euro

I'm looking for two 120mm fans to replace the stock fans that came with my 200R as they can be quite noisy at times.

    Should I upgrade to i5-4690k or AMD-8350?

Even though I have an 8350 myself I would say go with the i5 as it will leave you with a better upgrade path and it is faster in most cases.

    Is this a good overclock

It runs BF4 at 90fps with every possible setting maxed out at 1366x768. It now sounds like a small air conditioner but it was worth it :D

    Okay, recommended CPU?

I was thinking more along the lines of a 750w PSU like this one which is a very reliable PSU: http://www.amazon.com/XFX-Single-Modular-Certified-P1750BBEFX/dp/B00B88Z314/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1428603707&sr=8-1&keywords=xfx+750w
