Nope, still not fixed, it appears to be processing fine, i even encoded a video and it was ok, but the clock lags behind and when i right click or go to add multiple files to somewhere it takes ages to realise what i've done, even simple things like renaming a folder or saving an image are...

Having run Cinebench, my CPU appears to be fine, but how do i check the filesystem?

I've ran several programs, photoshop, vegas, and it ramps up to 4.3Ghz, but only has a 7% load. Even when i right click, it can take a few seconds before a full menu comes up, and thats everywhere. Im hoping its just a setting somewhere that needs changing, but i dont know where to start

Hi, im not sure what is wrong, but i have a 5820k overclocked to 4.3Ghz, yet for some reason even at full load its only using 7% of the CPU :( does this mean its dead? or is there a setting i need to change? Its slow, and for some reason it wont go up to 100% give or take. Advice most helpful...

well having pulled it apart, cleaned it, moved the gaming controller receiver over to usb 2 and played around with how the rest of the usb 3 stuff is placed in the back, think i've solved it, but also found one of the usb slots not picking up the mic, not sure if its actually not working or just...

pvr has its own power, went through everything in the device manager 2 days ago and doubled checked all drivers due to witcher 3 crashing & bsoding my 980, managed to find a few which fixed that issue, but this problem still exists

Yeah I have got them in USB 3.0 and they are all bundled together, i will be pulling my rig out today to clean it. i will adjust a couple of bits and replace the usb's but i still dont get why there would be insufficient power?
