It looks like the G305 only has a single AA battery slot. The G603 has two, and the 500 hours rating for the G603 is when using two AA batteries. Therefore, both mice have the same power efficiency. The G603 also has bluetooth.

The 72 GB/s is for a single memory chip. VRAM chips can be accessed in parallel so if you have four of them that's 72*4 = 288 GB/s with a 8GB VRAM card. Or 576 GB/s for a 16GB VRAM card.

Can you edit PC parts? If not go with laptop.

I would say 4gb is hard limit on VRAM. 2GB is just too little.

That sounds like a PSU issue to me. One thing you could do is make sure all power plugs are inserted properly. Otherwise new PSU.

1060 is not worth it over a 970 though, too close to matter.

It could very much be the PSU not being able to hold up to the power demand of the 980 Ti. Can you test with furmark to bring power to the max and see how it goes?

its either PSU or as abover user said about CPU. more likely PSU since it happens on increased power usage(games)

seems like it only happens when GPU is taxed. Try uninstalling driver using DDU then install fresh driver. If not fixed. try using internal GPU. if problem gone GPU and PSU could either be the cultprit. try loading GPU woth furmark see if it happens. if still happens you need to try a...
