Can This PC Run Games In Medium-High Settings

hm, at that game the difference is very little between 4gb and 2gb version of the GTX 960, so vram is not really important, at least at 1080p: http://www.gamersnexus.net/game-bench/1905-gta-v-pc-fps-benchmark-graphics-cards Btw, I would stick with the Seasonic I suggested, even with the R 280...

Can This PC Run Games In Medium-High Settings

The only real downsize of his build is the power consumption. The performance difference of the CPU will be very good. R9 280 and GTX 960 have similar performance, but I like the GTX 960 better. Both are good cards. The vram difference is almost irrelevant, maybe in the future it will be more...

be careful with the price of the build suggested by Arch, because it includes promotions that already ended and mail in rebates, the real price will be around 662$

My First Build and I am Very Happy! Want suggestions!

I would suggest you to change the CPU to an i7 4790k and buy a cheaper cooler, this will make your system more future proof

    AMD A8-7600 Bottleneck?

It seems by your first post that you already have that CPU, am I right? If yes, you can go with the GTX 960, in more cpu intensive games it will bottleneck this GPU, but it will be a good match in most games. If you dont have the CPU yet, follow the advice of geofelt

    AMD A8-7600 Bottleneck?

that processor is a bit slower than the 7650, so you can have an idea about its performance here: http://www.anandtech.com/show/9320/intel-broadwell-review-i7-5775c-i5-5675c/8 depending on the game the bottleneck can be noticeable or not.

Should I upgrade my AMD FX-6300 CPU?

I agree with lion, the FX-6300 can have a better performance, when paired with another GPU (like the r9 290x) than what the GTX 760 can have, so the bottleneck does not come from the CPU: http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1038?vs=1037...

Is this a good PC build?

Ruin the color scheme, the motherboard will be inside the case and you will rarely look inside it, even with a bid side panel.

    Build for a friend - Fallout 4 - AMD A10 + R7 260X vs G3258 + GTX 750ti?

I think far cry 4 does require 4 cores, and even when you make the game run with two cores the performance is not great: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c93mJ2JULZc
