    Will a RYZEN 5 2400G bottleneck an RTX 2070

It really depends on the types of games you play. If the game relies on a single thread, you will definitely notice a performance loss.

    600 Watt power supply enough?

The only way to find a solid answer is to find a review from a power supply enthusiast that has fully tested the unit. Not all power supplies have correct maximum power outputs. A PSU could be labeled to provide 400 watts, but in actuality can handle well over 550 without a hiccup. Again, you...

    i5 7400 or Ryzen 1600?

If you play AAA developed top of the line modern games both CPU's are fairly comparable. If you play mostly Early access, older games or open worldish style games than the Intel will fair much better. This is due to the fact Intels have superior single thread performance. You also only have...

    Upgrading Gpu: bottleneck

It will pair fairly well with a GTX 1050Ti. As Clutchc said there will be a bottleneck in some games. The CPU unfortunately doesn't have the power to feed the GTX 980. The 980 will constantly be waiting on frames.

1080 TI stops responding when mildy warm

Uninstall every piece of overclocking and monitoring software. Clean all display drivers with DDU (free program). Reboot. Enter BIOS and completely disable Intel graphics. Install Nvidia drivers. If that doesn't work it could be your power supply, or your card is defective. If it is, the VRM's...

    Hardware Requirements for Youtube

As far as making movies, of course, it just wouldn't be as efficient as a modern setup. Streaming modern games would more than likely be out of the question as the encoder would saturate CPU usage.

    Should I upgrade my CPU?

Your friends are right in the sense that Ryzen doesn't have the single thread performance to keep up with the 1080 in some games. However in the majority of games, and if you're not the type of person that absolutely needs maximum frames for competitive gaming, Ryzen will do you just fine.

    Will 1050 Ti bottleneck A12 ?

That's subjective and depends on the game you're playing. For the most part, that will be a good combo. The 1050Ti will be the bottleneck should you pump graphics settings and resolution. The CPU will be the bottleneck if you play heavily single threaded games. Think open world, big map games...

    i7 7700k vs AMD Ryzen 7 1700X

Ryzen is an awesome budget platform. However when overclocked and excluding motherboard prices, the 8700k is by far a better value per dollar. I've had AMD CPU's fail on me and AMD sent me a brand new one 2 weeks after I sent it in. Can't complain about that.
