    Look for V-Sync in your graphics settings and enable that. 30 FPS can't really be called a smooth experience, unless you work for Ubisoft and believe in "cinematic experiences".

    If you want to use a different hard drive in that system, that's not a problem. However, you can't use it on a different system.

    That case is pretty wide and the Hyper 212 Evo isn't that tall. Should be no problem.

    You'll need to do a reinstall. Windows will probably boot, but to avoid issues, it's best to do a reinstall.

    Not sure if trolling or... Both those cards are ancient and won't run any modern game. Even the HD Graphics 4400 blows those out of the water.

    With a config like that, you don't need a 730W PSU. A good 450W PSU is plenty.

    The P8H67 is indeed an ATX board, however, when i looked up your system (Asus CG-8350), i found a system with an m-ATX case. Could you maybe take a few pictures so we can be certain?

    By hookin the screen up to the onboard card. I saw at least a DVI port on the motherboard.

    Is the BIOS set to the right display output? Sometimes you have to manually switch it to the PCI-e slot for video out.

    Both the board that Nuwan suggested and the one you suggested are ATX size boards. Since your case only supports up to m-ATX, those won't fit.
