I've been getting high latency for a week at one moment I'll have 30ms next I'll have 1000+ Ive tried to use 2 different internet dongles and now i'm using an ethernet cable and its still the same and its only on my pc i've ran Malware and AVG Premium and they have come back with nothing.

Ive uninstalled it and attempted to install the motherboard one but all that did was bring it back with the yellow symbol, I've tried uninstalling restarting then reinstalling and it just keeps saying "Driver not found" Motherboard = GA-990FXA-UD5

So I recently bought a 20 meter CAT5E Ethernet cable and attempted to use it The router showed that it was connected but on my computer it wouldn't let me connect I tried to install the driver for it but that didn't help. This is the one I purchased http://www.belkin.com/us/p/P-A3L791/
