Is this enough power for an i7-8700k on an ASUS ROG Strix Z370. I plan on only one NVMe SSD and a Kingston SSD and a video card more for video processing than gaming? I there a better/more appropriate choice?

So, do you just treat the M.2 NVMe SSD as a regular HD and put the OS on it along with your apps and just use a regular HDD for storage? I guess you could still use the SSD for the storage as well?
