Ryzen CPUs are totally fine for voltages below 1.5V BUT it's better to stay below 1.45 or even better below 1.4V Good luck

3000 is better than 2933 , more freq = better performance for ryzen cpus but that performance gain in games is almost nothing unless you have an apu not a cpu. Don't waste your time on this cuz you have to waste a lot of time to get the best voltage and timing settings to set the freq you want...

I got Corsair Vengeance lpx 3600 cl18 2*8gb Working fine If you care about timings, you can get 3600mhz cl14 but doesn't worth the price difference for me :D Good luck

Doesn't matter if there is a profile to load or not, check if there is any option to change the freq and timing, if so then change it manually and test everytime you do a change Goodluck
