I tried tweaking my bios (disabled all unused sata ports, change os type to -> windows ueif mode, power auto on mode) and replugging the power cables for my riser and 5th gpu, and it magically worked. I don't know what fixed my problem :/ . Any guess what is causing this?

Did I get the description "max x4 " correctly ? Does it really mean this motherboard can only use 4 pcie slots for gpu? may I ask what will be the purpose of the 5th pcie slot?

Thanks for the clarification. By using the sata to power this hub , I can provide enough power to the 2nd fans and 3rd fans ( the two fans which has molex connector in the 2nd picture) w/o using its molex connector, correct?

Hi, I managed to solve this. Apparently it has something to do with silicon lottery thingy. I managed to make them mine at the same hashrate by upping my 2nd gpu's tdp by 3~5%
