Update my pc just froze while i was updating a driver my local disk is on the nvme i get these freezes often and delayed boot times

So i had this issue for a while updated all drivers / formatted the os tried every software related problem i could find. The strange part is that when i went to the os and enabled nvme support the drive works better like csgo was stuttering and rlly unplayable but now it has rare lag spikes...

i don't think it's false readings because i feel the spikes and the lag like when it's 60 fps it feels like 30 for some reason and when i look around in a game it is chucky it isn't smooth at all

This happens to all games motherboard = Rog strix z390-f(new) Cpu = i7-9700k(new) gpu = rtx 2080(new) 16gb ram(new) 850w power supply
