    Well I'm glad you reapplied thermal paste, now check to make sure the cooler is running properly. That's the only other thing I can think of that could be an issue. Thermal paste shouldn't affect how much voltage you need at higher clocks. Temps I would aim for would be 60 to 70ish C during...

    Nope, 66 C is pretty decent for a stress test. IIRC max temp for that chip is 100 C I believe, so good to go.

    If it's running ok for a couple minutes it's probably related to overheating. Check your temps (with something like hwmonitor) during gaming and if they're too high look into getting one of these: http://www.newegg.com/Laptop-Cooling-Pads/SubCategory/ID-319

    I had one with similar settings to yours, your temps look great. 70C is the max temp for that chip, so anything under 60C is good.

    Definitely something wrong, I have a 3570k at .9 gHz above stock speed air cooled and I max out in the low 60s C during Prime95 testing. You should be getting much cooler temps, especially liquid cooled at stock clock speeds.

    I use the 212 evo to cool my i5 3570k, clocked to 4.3 with 55-60c during extended gaming. It'll keep your chip cool.

    Yup perfectly fine, mine also hits 71c at 4.3 ghz(under load). Anything under 90c during a stress test is a-ok. During gaming mine is usually about 50-60c.
