In the bios, it says its running My bios says that my ram is running at 2933mhz. I learned from another post that I created a while ago, that apparently task manager doesn't show your full speed. You'd have to use a 3rd party program to get your rams actual speed.

Yeah, and it's probably bad that two of them are running off usb adapters instead of sata cables. I've done scannow not too long ago. The scan found a few integrity violations and fixed them, but I'm guessing those integrity violations weren't related to the issue.
