What wattage is your Power Supply rated at? that's also something important for us to know for the power limits/requirements.

    Graphics card for Fallout 4

It would be best if you had a budget, it's a lot easier to work around and recommend GPUs. i.e. what do you have to spend on a graphics card? 100? 200? 500? 1000? etc. That is because DDRx (Double Data Rate) is showing half the speed it's rated at and is completely normal, you have to double...

Unstable frame rate test (GTX 970 STRIX )

Try High Performance. Also, what res are you using? Also, try lowering the GPU clocks all back to stock and seeing if the problems persist or go away.

Unstable frame rate test (GTX 970 STRIX )

What resolution and games are you running? And by the looks of it, your GPU is not being utilized all the way, it's very limiting, something is not letting it perform the way it should. Under the Nvidia Control Panel, 3D Settings; what is your power management mode at? Adaptive or High Performance?

Unstable frame rate test (GTX 970 STRIX )

Download MSI Afterburner and turn on the data log, pay close attention to the overall GPU utilization; also try multiple games and record the logs and let me/us know the findings.

    270 4 way crossfire

It all depends on what you're mostly going to be gaming on. What resolution monitor? 1080P is pretty much standard now. What kind of games? What do you think is playable framerates? i.e. 30FPS vs 60FPS. What Graphical settings would you be fine with? (Low, med, high, Ultra, etc.) There's a...

    270 4 way crossfire

Alright, lol. It's not a good idea IMO because scaling across 4 GPUs isn't the greatest, going from one to two cards, you'll see roughly a 30% performance increase in some games, with a third card, you might see 15% on top of that, and with 4, even less of a performance increase. Also that...

    Whose better ...? (R9 280x toxic vs Gtx 770 )

Go by this simple principle; Nvidia=Cool and Quiet, and AMD=Hot and Loud, both are good cards without a doubt, but some sacrifices do have to be made with either.

Getting no visuals from new video card (XFX R9 720X)

Have you tried uninstalling the old drivers? Also, make sure every cable is seated correctly (yes, it sounds like a novice mistake but it is often overlooked), if that fails, RMA the card and try again. Good luck

    EVGA GTX760 clock problem?

I feel a little stupid, but I've figured out the issue, and it turns out it wasn't really an issue, it was that in Nvidia control panel the PWR MGMT was set to High Performance and not Adaptive -_-

i5-4670K or an AMD cpu? which is better?

I am currently using an AMD FX-6300, it isn't a bad CPU for the money, but with the Intel 4670K, you'll see a more efficient CPU, with a little gain on performance across the board. Probably slightly better temps too.

    EVGA GTX760 clock problem?

If it helps at all, I'm using a dual 6(+2) pin on a single cable line to my PSU, would it help if I ran another one so I would have 2 seperate channels? Does that matter? The card is a 6+8 pin.
