From my experience underclocKing isn't dangerous, but I don't 100% know, theoretically couldn't you just lower the power limited to like 70-85%

No that's in hwmonitor the +0.200 was in bios though couldn't find anything to set a exact voltage it just went up in intervals of +0.020

While in idle it is showing 1.500v but when I put load on it it drops to 1.464v any clarification

So after hours of tinkering I finally got a stable oc of 4.5ghz but I had to increase my voltage by a lot it seems in my bios it says +0.200 but isn't that way more than it should be?because that's how high I had to go before it was stable, My temp are very safe under 50c but just concerned on...
