100 FPS is over 60, what is your issue here? (unless your monitor is over 60hz)

What temps is it running at during gameplay?

As title says, I'm running those settings in my OC for my I3 8350k... Will the 1.4v cause any issues as long as Im not over 75c even under the AIDA64 CPU, FPU, and CACHE stress test? Any awnsers are appreciated.
