144 hertz

Or i5 4460 ? I can get them both for the same price. I want to play Overwatch on 144 hertz monitor. Or maybe Rainbow Six Siege but it's not that important , my main goal is Overwatch. If there's anyone with the same or similiar setup i'd really appreciate the help.

So am kind of stuck. At the moment I have 3x 24inch 1080p monitors and there powered by a rezen 5 1600 and a evga 1070 superclocked now the question is if I was to buy a 1440p monitor would I need it to be 144hertz as I don't do fps shooter, manly single player space games , the odd gun game...
