Well my brother has a tablet and it seems when he goes on to the internet (usually YouTube) my ping goes over 1000 when i'm trying to play a game and I cant even load webpages.

Would this fit in this? I know that the card is 2.5 slots wide but it seems that the ventilation on the side of the case and the little bit of extra space between the side of the case and the second slot might make it be able to fit.
