Hi. I have built a new computer with a gygabite ga ab350 gaming 3 mobo. Ryzen 5 2600x. 16g of ripjaws ram. Nvidia 1060 3gb gpu and a corsair 650w gold pcu. I pass the cpu and ram start up test but get stuck on vga led. I have tried 2 other gpu's same problem. Im thinking mobo not good.

I just bought a new graphics card, gtx 1060 and a new monitor ( 144hz ) and all of assuden csgo is stuttering and have low fps. I used to have around 200 fps and no stutter on my 60hz monitor and my gtx 460 gpu. I don't know why this is happening, i have the save settings.
