    New GTX 960 or Used GTX 970?

    So I finally saved up 250$ for a GPU. I have 2 options at the moment: A brand new GTX 960 or a Used GTX 970. A lot of my friends are suggesting the latter and I can understand why. What I want to know from you guys is the disadvantages of buying a used GPU. Thanks in advance.
