Hello, I have an AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ that runs idle at about 45 and 50-55 at 75% usage. I have 2 questions, one, is this too hot and if so what should I do? and two, how can you tell if a processor is a 64 bit processor? Also, whats whats a good heatsink and fan worth putting on this processor?

Hey, I just installed my Q6600, and it is idling at 50 degrees Celsius. I'm pretty sure it's not normal because whenever I boot up a game it jumps to near 75-80ish and my Intel Desktop Utility freaks out and tells me to stop. Any ideas? Thanks
