Can i play call of duty ghost on dell inspiron n5110? I just upgraded my ram from 2gb to 8gb. Can i play with n5110's standard graphic card?

Well i've got this: -GPU: GT 630, CPU: i3 3220, 8GB ram. I know the SETUP is OLD...However I don't have all the money at the moment to build a new much better PC... So i would just like to know what I would need to upgrade to boost up my performance in GTA 5... Right now I barely get 30-40 FPS...
