My pc specs are 16gb ram i5 6600k GTX 1070 On games such as Heroes and Generals, Paladins, Warface and TERA, I've experienced surprisingly low FPS on medium or above settings. I have tried downloading all the drivers, running CCleaner, looked online and nothing helped.
